How does a Featured launch placement work?
Featured is a paid homepage spot for 7 days. It's labelled, doesn't affect votes or rankings.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds, with one exception: a take-down by our own decision or mistake is refunded in full. A take-down for breaking the rules is not.
What does each product cost on Best Biz Launch?
Our ranked launches, profiles, reviews and sponsorships all have set prices in US dollars. VAT applies where due.
How are VAT and invoices handled on Best Biz Launch?
VAT is added only where due. See your VAT number options, how we verify it, and where to find your invoices.
How does the Product review affect my ranking?
The Product review is a paid long-form commissioned review with its own page. It never influences votes, ratings or leaderboards.

Relaunch your product in a later week and carry your accumulated votes forward to the new ranking.
How do launch weeks work and can I move mine?
Launches are grouped by week (Monday–Sunday UTC). Move a booked launch to another week from your account.
Which profile sections unlock when you upgrade to a paid launch?
Free listings show four sections as locked. Paid launches open them all, plus upgrade your website link to dofollow.
What happens when I pay to upgrade my listing?
Upgrade your free listing to a paid launch for $5, unlock all profile sections and gain a dofollow link.
