What is the refund policy?
No refunds, with one exception: a take-down by our own decision or mistake is refunded in full. A take-down for breaking the rules is not.

What the terms say
Payments are final; the terms explain this. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Taken down by us
When our team takes down a paid listing, they choose one of two reasons, and each has a fixed outcome. For a take-down that was our decision or our error, the refund is full and automatic, to the original payment method, with a credit note. Breaking the terms or the acceptable use policy means no refund at all - not for the listing, not for a listing from a multi-site purchase, not for its add-ons. We remove the paid items from the site and tell you why.
Bundles, crypto
Only one site's listing from a multi-site purchase taken down by our decision? That site's share comes back; the others remain live. A crypto refund is sent by hand to the wallet address you give us.
Chargebacks
While a payment dispute or reversal is open, the items from that order are taken down; they can come back if the dispute is resolved in our favour.
Small print
A promo code for first orders only can be used again once an order has been refunded in full. If one of two Featured orders for the same listing is refunded, only that order's days are removed. If a sponsorship is refunded, its slot dates return to sale.
Questions people ask
- Will I get my money back if you remove my listing?
- It depends on the reason. Our decision or our mistake: a full automatic refund. Breaking the terms or the acceptable use policy: no refund.
- Do my statutory rights still apply?
- Yes. They are not affected.
