How do I update a listing on multiple sites at once?
When your company is listed on other launch and discovery sites, one save updates them all in each site's own words.

Shared details across all your listings
When you list the same company on Best Biz Launch and other launch and discovery sites, certain information syncs across every listing. Update your company name, website, logo, homepage screenshot, founders, team access or billing details once, and all your listings reflect the change immediately.
Your founder profile, founder story, milestone dates, demo video, screenshot gallery, notification choices, VAT number and sign-in security all work the same way: change them in one place, and every site updates.
What each site words its own way
Taglines, short descriptions, long descriptions, features, FAQs and pricing text are written in each site's own voice. When you edit these on Best Biz Launch, the other sites automatically receive their own rewritten versions of the same facts. If you change them again, the rewrites follow.
Search engine titles and descriptions are generated for each listing from your content, so there is nothing to copy.
Choosing where changes go
Next to "Publish changes" in the listing editor, select:
- All my listings of the company (pre-selected): every site receives your changes in its own words.
- Only this site: the change stays on Best Biz Launch alone.
- Choose sites: tick or untick individual sites where this change applies.
On /account/listings, use "Copy details" to see which taglines or short descriptions differ across your sites, then apply Best Biz Launch wording to others.
Additional categories
If you pay for $5, the same selection applies your categories to other listings with that add-on. Sites without a category you chose, or exceeding their limit, are skipped automatically.
What never syncs
Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks, Featured and sponsored placements, badges and verification are per-site only.
Questions people ask
- Do votes or rankings update across all my listings?
- No. Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks and sponsored placements are kept separately on each site.
- Can I use different taglines on different sites?
- Yes. Select "Only this site" or "Choose sites" when you save. Any tagline you set that way stays as you wrote it and is never rewritten.
- What happens if a site cannot update?
- We email you a summary of which sites updated. If one fails, we retry automatically and let you know if it still does not work.
