How do I upload and manage my logo and homepage screenshot?
Upload, swap or remove your logo, and control the homepage screenshot shown on your Best Biz Launch listing.

Reach the logo and screenshot editor
Sign in and go to /account/listings. Find your listing and select 'Edit'. Both your logo and homepage screenshot boxes are right there in the editor. Changes to a live listing appear straight away; changes to a draft stay hidden until you go public.
Your logo: upload, replace or remove
You have full control over the image here.
- Submit a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG file. We'll shrink oversized files and clean out any hidden metadata.
- A logo you supply will never be overwritten by one we pull from your domain.
- To grab the current logo straight from your website, choose 'Fetch again'.
- Select 'Delete' to remove it entirely. Your listing will show your initials instead.
- Give the logo a brief text note for users on screen readers.
Your homepage screenshot: automatic or yours
Every listing on Best Biz Launch shows a snapshot of your homepage. We capture it for you.
- If the automatic screenshot doesn't suit you, upload your own image. We'll keep your version and never swap it back.
- To go back to an automatic capture, pick 'Regenerate automatic screenshot'.
- If we couldn't capture your site, the box will tell you. Upload your own screenshot instead.
When your company has more than one listing
Your logo and homepage screenshot are tied to your company, not the individual listing. Change them here and the update shows on every listing of your company.
Questions people ask
- Will my custom logo be replaced if the site updates?
- No. Once you supply a logo, we never overwrite it with one pulled from your website. You stay in control.
- What happens if I delete my logo?
- The listing will display your initials instead until you upload a new logo.
- Can I use the same logo and screenshot across other launch and discovery sites?
- Yes. Since these belong to your company, changes you make here show on every listing of your company on other launch and discovery sites.
