Neil Lock

Co-founder and developer, United Kingdom · Software

Joined October 2026

Neil Lock is one of the two co-founders of this site, and he is the developer behind it. Both the site and every system behind it were designed and built by him. His career in technology runs to more than 25 years of building software, search and hosting. That interest goes back to childhood and the computers on the family farm: the Commodore 64 and the ZX Spectrum. PBN LTD, an AI hosting platform for SEOs, and Zinn Digital®, an AI-first hosting and SEO platform, are both companies he founded. Zinn Hub, a freelance marketplace for digital services, is the company he co-founded with Natalie Lock, his partner in life and in business; he is its CEO and builds much of the platform himself.
